Between youself and Chris (aka crunchie!) you made it less stressful and more enjoyable, I love your customer service! My container has arrived in less than a month, excellent service, packing your own stuff and getting a container is definitely the way to go! So much easier. And the driver who delived it was an excellent help, please pass on my thanks as he helped little old me lug some of the stuff off the container. And I am so far actually loving being home, not yet planning on returning to the USA, I have only just managed to detox myself after all those stiff drinks I consumed! A week and a half ago I collected my shipment at the Ziegler warehouse in Rotterdam. I haven't unpacked everything yet, but as far as I can tell everything made it safely. Thank you again for your service! Here's a brief recommendation for your company that you are free to use: Excellent service from the time I requested information until the day I received my shipment. E-mail responses were always prompt, clear, and helpful. UPakWeShip is a great company for smaller as well as larger shipments. No problems receiving my shipment due to the clear instructions received beforehand.

Dear Mark, I am writing to advise you of how extremely impressed we are with your company and more to the point your staff. I have been trying to plan my return to Australia since before March 2008 at which time I was dealing with Alison Kane. She was most proficient and helpful and a joy to work with. This took so long I finished up dealing with Mark Nash, he took over from Alison when your move took place. Again we found him to be extremely helpful, efficient and on the ball. We are now dealing with Chris Corder. For this gentleman nothing is too much trouble from all my phone calls and emails with many questions to his helpful hints and great character. He has been awesome and has made the packing procedure and shipping/pickup procedures an easy task for us. These people, Chris, should be highly commended. They are an asset to your company and in this very competitive market are a shining example of great customer service, empathy and knowledge. Hi Chris and Carly and Arturo, I just wanted to let you know that we were very happy with our move to France. Arturo and the movers who came to pick up our stuff did a phenomenal job with the export wrapping of our furniture. We very much appreciated the thoroughness of the wrapping while unpacking and we were very happy to see that we had no damage on our furniture, whether the big pieces or the smaller more fragile pieces from our crib tent. On the European side, everything went very smoothly. We appreciated Carly's efficiency and professionalism. The two movers were very good, careful and quick. None of the boxes were missing and upon opening, everything was in great shape. A few boxes gave in with the humidity on one side, but none of the inside items were missing, so that was good news. All in all, we are extremely happy with the job done! We got your name through a referral from a friend and will definitely pass on our good experience as well.

Everything went well and not one item was damaged as far as I can tell so far. The guys were great and I remember Juanchi from a year and a half ago when we had a partial shipment. They unloaded, unpacked and hauled away boxes in 5 hours and I sent them away with big tips for there hard work. I owe Caridad and Michele a nice dinner when I am in Panama unless you are coming to Boquete first. Phil, you must visit this wonderful country sometime and see what it is all about. Thanks to all again for a wonderful experience and I would gladly recommend you to all.

Greetings and Kia Ora from New Zealand! Wanted to let you know that our stuff arrived last week. The only things they quarantined were the lawn mower, weed wacker, tent and lawn mower bag. If you have clients that ship here in the future, advise them to scrub the crap out of all of these items and put a coat of wax on the mower. They really like things clean here…totally understandable. Just thought I would let you know for the future. You were right…the crew in Wellington is awesome. My stuff arrived on Wednesday. The delivery service was very good. They called me at work the day of the delivery and told me they would arrive at 11:30am and they were there are 11:45 and done by 12:10. Very efficient and I only had to leave work for an hour. All my stuff was there and nothing was damaged. The boxes were even in good shape which tells me they really take care of your stuff

I just wanted to pass our thanks onto you and your packers for a great job last week. Obviously moving is a stressful time but your team just go on with the job and any questions we had they answered and made us feel very comfortable. The guys were on time, polite and worked so hard both days it was astonishing and we loaded the container on Friday again without a hitch. The move was difficult and hard work however the team worked in a professional manner throughout. We will have no problems in recommending you and your companies in the future as our moving experience has been less stressful then we were anticipating. I am usually not a big fan of writing reviews but after we used UPakWeShip I really felt compelled to write a few lines because we have had such a great service experience with Mark and we felt so well taken care of. the delivery guys left their truck double parked for a couple hours and we were able to carry all the stuff upstairs. Everything is in my apartment now.
